Our professional and fully qualified dive instructors have only one passion, which is to dive. We want to share our passion and show the wonderful world under the surface. It is a whole different environment and our main goals are safety and fun. It doesn’t matter if you want to try a dive, already have a certification or want to get more experience, our staff will be there to make sure everyone has a good time. We are also multilingual, we speak English, French, Dutch and Spanish.
The SSI Open Water Course is the first certification where you become an independent diver. This means that you are able to dive with a certified buddy up to a depth of 18m.
The course takes 3 days and has 3 parts:
- 1 part theory
- 1 part practicing skills in confined water
- 4 open water dives
After the completion, you are certified to dive up to a depth of 18 meters with a certified buddy.

If you cannot decide which specialty programs are the best choice for you, join the SSI Advanced Adventurer program! With this program, you can try a variety of specialties before committing to full specialty programs. It is a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures.
During the Advanced Adventurer Program, you will try out 5 different specialties. You will complete one open water training dive per specialty after a comprehensive briefing with your SSI Instructor.
