SihanoukVille Tourist Port Schedule and Prices

You can also pay in Khmer Riel (our money here), just multiply dollars by 4,000 and you get the Riel price.

You can buy tickets right at the port for all the boats, but best to book on-line in advance, if you want to go at a specific time. During the tourist season, November ’til the end of February, the boats may be full. Also, at other times, there are not as many boats making the trip.

All ferries but one are $14 one way. GTVC is $15. $25 return trip for all ferries.

Note: these schedules change slightly throughout the year. During June to October, there may be fewer departures (’cause it’s the rainy season (we’re supposed to call it the “Green Season” now).

If conditions are not safe for the boat trips, they will stop running the boats until safe. You could be on an Island or the mainland for a day or two. (better to be on an Island instead of stuck in SihanoukVille).
